KUALA LUMPUR: The ringgit extended its gain on Tuesday to open higher against the US dollar today on continuous buying momentum, a dealer said. At 9.20am, the ringgit was quoted at 4.2520/2600 against the US dollar from 4.3050/3120 on Tuesday.
