MANILA, Philippines–President Benigno Aquino III on Tuesday signed the 2015 budget at Malacañang, emphasizing that it no longer contains pork barrel funds. The 2015 General Appropriations Act is worth P2.606 trillion, 15.1 percent higher from 2014.
